Lucy had a fun filled Bat Mitzvah full of friends and family. She led a beautiful service at Temple Israel. Later that evening the lights came down for one of a kind black light party reception. Her and her friends danced the night away with fun black light apparel and party favors. Also included were led lit cotton candy, fluorescent face and body painting and even custom made hats for all the guests to enjoy! Mazel Tov Lucy!
